I'm on the same boat, I bought them 2 weeks ago and I receive frequent disconnections. I've tried almost anything: Uninstalled Synapse 2. Reinstalled Synapse 3 along with Razer Nari drivers. Changed Ports. Disabled Power Management allowing the computer to turn off usb device to save power.

For those who have the problem, a cause may be the fact that you hold some device that transmit data like a router. In my case the router was 50 cm away from the dongle.
